How are the portraits created?

After you send me a high resoution photo of your pet(s) I import it into Photoshop and work my digital magic!

I apply multiple filters and adjust layers to give the photo of your pet(s) an oil painting look. Then using Photoshop brushes I create a watercolor effect and add a background. Finally, I carefully choose flowers, leaves, branches, feathers, etc. to frame the pet(s) on the portrait and add some fun gold splatter paint.

It takes me a few hours to complete but it's so fun to see how a photo can turn into a beautiful work of art!

What kind of photo should I send you?

High resolution photos are the best! Photos with good lighting & where the pet is not moving so the photo isn't blurry would be amazing.

Basically, the better photo that you send to me, the better your portrait will look!
 
Please make sure that your pets head and chest are visible in the photo.

Question 5

Can I make changes to my portrait?

Of course! I want you to be happy with your final portrait that I e-mail to you. I will do unlimited revisions until you're happy with it.

How soon will I receive my portrait?

My generic answer is 5-7 days but if I don't have a bunch of other projects to complete I usually get it done in 2-3 days. 
 
If you need it ASAP please contact me (javascript:void(0))and I can rush it for a $5 fee which I will send you a payment link for before sending you the final proof.

Do you offer printing?

At this time I do not offer printing. The cost is for my time and for the digital file that I send to you. You can take that file and get it printed on anything you want!

Do you offer a refund?

Accepted Answer

If you want to cancel within 48 hours of payment then I will issue a 100% refund.
 
If it has been longer than 48 hours but you did NOT receive your final proof from me I will give you a 50% refund as I have already put time into creating your portrait.
With 2 small children my time is precious to me so I have to use it wisely!

If I have already e-mailed you the FINAL proof I cannot give you a refund. 
 
I will be in constant communication with you to make sure you are getting exactly what you want so once you have the completed file it's not something I can take back. This is personalized just for you and your fur babies so it's not something I can sell to someone else.
